About Me

From Lincoln Logs to 2x4's I've always been a "maker". I love watching my ideas come to life and have always enjoyed applying the technical concepts I've learned on hands-on projects. I think engineering is a great way to improve the living quality of society and find robotics technologies from rescue robots to automation fascinating.

Although many of my hours are spent messing with personal projects or working on club activities, in my free time I like to spend time with family and friends. When back home in California I enjoy visiting the beach or going hiking with friends and family, while in Indiana I suffer through Purdue sports and enjoy various card games with my roommates and friends. With friends all over the country now, I also enjoy videogames as a great way to keep in touch. Personally, I enjoy team-based games, communicating or laughing with my friends as we try different strategies with varying degrees of success. Having moved into an apartment recently, I've also tried to improve my cooking skills. Despite setting the fire alarm off once, I continue to try new recipes and hope to grow the number of dishes I can make.
